A simple program to view text files.
TxtView is a simple program with which you can view any file in plain text. Its simple interface, with a blue background (to highlight text, which appears in white), lets you see the documents found in your PC in both text and binary (decimal and hexadecimal) modes.
On the left of the program you`ll find a simple file explorer with which you can move about the system looking for any text file. In case you want to edit any of them, TxtView launches NotePad with just one click.
